Mobile scaffolding has relatively high requirements on welded pipes, and generally needs to meet current national standards, and its material properties should also comply with current national standards. Generally, the welded pipe for mobile scaffolding is Φ48×3.5mm, and the wall thickness of welded pipe is not less than 3.5-0.025mm.


The upper bowl buckle, adjustable base and adjustable support nut should be made of malleable cast iron or cast steel, and the mechanical properties of the material should meet the requirements of ZTH270-500 in GB9440 and GB11352. The wall thickness of the outer joint of the pole connecting rod shall not be less than 3.5-0.025mm, the inner diameter shall not be more than 50 mm, the length of the outer casing shall not be less than 160mm, and the outer elongation shall not be less than 110mm. 3.5.7 The welding of the rods shall be carried out on special tooling. The welding parts shall be firm and reliable, and the height of the welds shall not be less than 3.5mm.

The thickness of the sheet shall not be less than 6mm, and the aging treatment shall be carried out at 600~650°C. It is strictly forbidden to use the waste corroded steel plate to ensure the movement of scaffolding. the quality of.
