Structural Features of Super High Scaffolding and Calculation of Engineering Quantity

The super-high scaffolding is placed inside the building. After each layer of the wall is completed, it is transferred to the upper floor and a new layer of masonry is built. It can be used for the masonry and interior decoration of the inner and outer walls. It differs from other scaffolds in that it uses less material, but it is frequently installed and disassembled, so it is required to be light and flexible, and convenient to install and disassemble. The structure is divided into a folding type, a pillar type, a gantry type and the like.


The engineering quantity of ultra-high scaffolding is calculated according to the building area. Considering the characteristics of industrial buildings and civil buildings, the quotas are calculated separately. When the height of the building is calculated within 3.6m according to the floor area of each floor, when the floor height exceeds 3.6m, it is calculated according to the single row of scaffolding.


According to the calculation rules of the full hall scaffolding, the full scaffolding should be calculated, in which the scaffolding is calculated according to 50% of the building area of the part. Scaffolding without part of the building area shall be calculated separately according to the corresponding project regulations. In general, the super-high scaffolding is calculated in square meters by the vertical projection area of the wall. The full scaffolding is calculated according to the horizontal projection area of the erection, without deducting the area occupied by the raft and the column.
