At the same time, the distance between the center points of the fasteners at the main node of the scaffold is less than or equal to 150 mm; the height difference between the two butt-joint fasteners on the synchronous pole is ≥500 mm; the distance between the docking fasteners on the pole and the master node is less than or equal to 1/3 Height;) The distance from the docking fastener on the vertical horizontal bar to the main node is ≤ La/39, the fastening bolt twisting torque is 40-65 N/m, and the inclination angle of the scissor stay bar is 45° to 60°.


Finally, the verticality and horizontality of the scaffolding are also allowed to deviate. Generally if the floor thickness exceeds 300mm, the heavy scaffolding design should be considered and the scaffold load exceeds 15KN/mm2. The design proposal should be organized by experts.


It is mainly to clearly know which part of the steel pipe length has a greater impact on the bearing. For the formwork support, it should be considered: the length of the center line of the top horizontal bar from the template support point should not be too long, generally less than 400mm; In general, the top and bottom steps are the most stressful and should be used as the main calculation points. When the bearing capacity is not enough to meet the requirements of the group, vertical poles should be increased to reduce the vertical and horizontal spacing, or horizontal poles should be added to reduce the step size.
